Due to an increasingly successful business, G&M decided to add this 22,000 sq ft addition to their existing 65,000 sq ft facility. The new climate controlled warehouse addition utilizes a pre-engineered metal building with five foot high concrete perimeter crash walls. A new 2,500 sq ft refrigerated cooler is included in the project. The addition is efficiently heated and cooled by an earth to air heat exchange system.
