P.J. Hoerr worked with OSF Hospital as the general contractor on their commercial renovation. This 22,000 sq ft space underwent a complete demolition of the existing 6th floor, as well as removal and replacement of all exterior windows. The renovated floor consists of 32 new private patient rooms.
