Scott Fehr’s dedication to excellence and leadership has shaped his nearly two-decade career at PJ Hoerr. After earning a bachelor’s degree in 2004 from Illinois State University, Scott gained hands-on experience as a superintendent for a national home builder in Saint Louis, MO. Recognizing his ambitions were more suited for commercial construction, Scott joined the PJ Hoerr team in 2005. He quickly rose through the ranks, transitioning from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and Project Executive before being appointed to his current role. Throughout his career, Scott has overseen a diverse portfolio of projects, from healthcare facilities and industrial complexes to retail developments and long-term care institutions.
Scott's approach to project management is driven by having an understanding of the industry, earned through his years of experience and his ability to cultivate strong client and team relationships. His leadership extends beyond the office, as he serves on the boards of the Peoria Opportunities Foundation and the Greater Peoria Contractors & Suppliers Association (GPCSA), where he contributes to the growth and success of the local community.
A family man at heart, Scott enjoys spending quality time with his wife Kristin and their two children. When he's not working, you'll often find him, biking, tennis, barbecuing, and weightlifting, focusing on both personal wellness and time with his family. Scott’s journey in the industry is a testament to his hard work and a commitment to excellence in every project he leads.
