The Estimating Department at P.J. Hoerr strives to provide our customers with a comprehensive range of services including hard bid estimating, conceptual estimating and budgeting, budget analysis, and estimating the self-perform work that makes up the core of what makes P.J. Hoerr a successful general contractor/construction manager/design-builder. The dedication of our estimators and support staff is just the starting point of the effort and commitment that P.J. Hoerr puts into all our projects.
