Scott Rinkenberger has a versatile skill set and serves as a strong leader for the company. Scott began his journey with PJ Hoerr in 1996 in an intern during his sophomore year at Bradley University, where he provided support as an assistant project manager and estimator. After earning his degree in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration in 1998, Scott joined PJ Hoerr full-time as a project engineer. Over the years he climbed the ranks, progressing through roles as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and ultimately becoming a Vice President and Director.
Scott’s expertise and leadership have been recognized both within and outside the company. He was named one of Greater Peoria’s "40 Leaders Under 40" in 2014 and serves on the Board of the Central Illinois Chapter of Healthcare Engineers and the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of Central Illinois. He is also an ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and a member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Beyond his professional achievements, Scott is a dedicated family man, sharing his life with his wife, Heidi, and their five children. His favorite thing in life is being a recipient of God’s great grace.
