Midwest Fiber Recycling is rebuilding after a fire destroyed most of their facility in July 2017. P.J. Hoerr is the Construction Manager for this 14,600 sq. ft. Butler Metal Building that will house equipment to allow their recycling operations to resume. Some of the existing foundations, slab and above-grade concrete walls remain and will be utilized in the new construction. In addition to the recycling operation area, a new office area will be included within the building. The new facility will also add five depressed loading docks. This project is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2018.
