PAST PERFORMANCE - Midwest Fiber Recycling rebuilt after a fire destroyed most of their facility in July 2017 is completed. P.J. Hoerr was the Construction Manager for this 14,600 sq. ft. Butler Metal Building that houses equipment to allow their recycling operations to resume. Some of the existing foundations, slab and above-grade concrete walls remained and were utilized in the new construction. In addition to the recycling operation area a new office area was included within the building. The new facility also added five depressed loading docks.
