P.J. Hoerr was selected to provide general contracting on a 21,500 sq. ft. commercial construction project for Vermeer Midwest. This $3.4 million Pre-engineered Metal building and mezzanine will provide a 2-story office and warehouse along with a 1-story shop in East Moline. This project is replacing an existing smaller facility. The 2-story office has 4,900 sq. ft. office area, showroom and parts department. The 2nd floor is also 4,900 sq. ft. including a training room, kitchen and warehouse space. The shop is 11,700 sq. ft. that includes a wash bay, 3 underhung cranes along with the shop equipment. The exterior of the office portion is brick with EIFS fascia. The parking lot and entry drive is 68,000 sq. ft. of 8” concrete paving.
