A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the new location for BCDI. As BCDI celebrates 10 years, they and P.J. Hoerr are excited to begin construction on their new campus.
This project will be built on 4.48 acres. The new construction will consist of a 2- story clinic and office building. BCDI will more than double in size to 22,793 sq. ft. The site consists of 3 buildings. The 2 oldest buildings will be demolished to make way for the new 12,000 sq. ft. addition. The exterior of the new addition will consist of structural steel framing, structural metal studs, face brick, curtain wall and shingled roof. The interior will have a new coagulation laboratory, expanded pharmacy, 12 exam rooms, an infusion suite, a physical therapy suite and much more. The site will be modified to provide more parking.
