Steady progress continues on this 21,500 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building and mezzanine that will provide a 2-story office and warehouse along with a 1-story shop in East Moline. This project is replacing an existing smaller facility. The 2-story office has 4,900 sq. ft. office area, showroom and parts department. The 2nd floor is also 4,900 sq. ft. including a training room, kitchen and warehouse space. The shop is 11,700 sq. ft. that includes a wash bay, 3 underhung cranes along with the shop equipment.
