Today found a variety of tasks under way for this 4-story 50,000 sq. ft. building addition to the Buehler Home campus. The top two floors will be two bedroom independent living apartments. The second floor will include a fitness / therapy area with a walking track as well as a casual dining bistro with outdoor rooftop seating. The first floor will include a parking garage for residents as well as two therapy pools and locker room area.
Also a LEAN Pull Planning meeting was under way in the job trailer. The pull planning process is a tool that creates teamwork and better support, providing the right level of engagement from all work participants, including tradesmen.
