Renovations are under way that will transform this property purchased in 2022 into a state-of-the-art facility with youth-centered inpatient mental health services for children ages 4-17 years. The center will provide kids and their families with comprehensive behavioral health care close to home.
Today in Area “A” 1st floor, work included MEP overhead demo, SOG trench demo for plumbing, new plumbing rough in, running electric home run conduits and demo of walls and ceilings.
Area “B” 1st floor work included MEP wall and overhead rough in, starting to hang drywall and installing backing and setting HM door frames.
Area “C” 1st floor work included framing walls, MEP wall and above ceiling rough in and installing backing.
Area “A” 2nd floor work included MEP wall and overhead rough in and installing backing.
