We’re thrilled to welcome Sam Bielema to the PJ Hoerr team as our very first member of the marketing team!
Sam graduated from the University of Iowa in May 2024 with a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism. During her time at Iowa, Sam was involved in various clubs and organizations, honing her skills in professional communication and digital media. These experiences not only enriched her academic journey but also encouraged her passion for marketing.
Her interest in marketing grew during a transformative summer internship where she was introduced to the world of advertising, brand management, customer engagement, and graphic design. This pivotal experience steered her career path towards marketing, where she found the perfect blend of creativity and strategy.
Joining our company is a significant and sentimental milestone for Sam since PJ Hoerr constructed her high school, community center and family church. Sam is eager to leverage her marketing expertise to help PJ Hoerr expand beyond the Peoria area, attract new business, and connect with both customers and potential employees. Her goal is to elevate PJ Hoerr’s presence through innovative marketing strategies and further grow meaningful relationships that reflect the company’s values and quality.
