Here's more about the amazing group of students we have with us this summer.

Brant Adreon -

Meet Brant! He’s a Senior year at the University of Iowa working towards his Business Management degree. He will be graduating in the Fall of 2027 and working this summer to learn how PJ Hoerr operates as one of our project management interns. Over the past year, Brant worked as a carpenter’s apprentice in the field. He took away many valuable skills and in interest in Construction Management. He learned of PJ Hoerr from growing up in the community and seeing our name scattered throughout central Illinois. This summer, he hopes to learn where he fits in this industry, where he can be most effective, and how his prior skills and knowledge can help him succeed in construction management.

A fun fact about Brant is he enjoys the outdoors! When he’s not working, he can be found Duck Hunting, Fishing, Snow Skiing, or Backpacking in the mountains. We’re happy to have Brant on board this summer!

Heath Hawkins -

Welcome Heath to the PJ Hoerr team! Heath is another one of our Project Management Interns this year and has been on-site full time out at the Tazewell County Justice Center in Pekin. Heath attends Illinois State University working towards his degree in Construction Management. Heath’s interest in construction comes from his father who worked in construction for the duration of his career. During his internship, Heath would like to learn the vertical side of construction, learning the communication and roles of each sector.

In his free time, Heath spends most of his time training and practicing for his sport as a part of the ISU track team. Happy to have you this summer, Heath!

Morgan Foes -

Meet Morgan Foes! She is a Construction Management Intern for us this year out of our Bloomington office. Morgan is going to be a Junior at Illinois State University and this summer she is learning the ropes of the construction world. Morgan began her college journey as a Chemistry major and realized she wanted to pivot to another area of study that better reflected her personal interests and prior skills. What called her to construction management was the ever-changing work environment. Each day is different and each project partner is working towards the common goal of completing a project that everyone can be proud of. This summer, Morgan hopes to accomplish the basic procedures of project planning and the efficient practices of the industry.

Morgan is an Illinois State University Track & Field Athlete, competing in the hammer and discus throw. Outside of practicing for her sport, she can be found doing all things artistic or at the record store with family and friends. Welcome to our team, Morgan!

Milo Rinkenberger -

Welcome (BACK) Milo Rinkenberger! Milo has been interning for PJ for the past 4 years working in both the shop and the office. He spent his early days here at PJ working in the shop assisting with deliveries, equipment maintenance, and working as a right-hand man to our mechanics. As he phased into the office, Milo has built up his understanding of the industry, working alongside project managers and assisting with their day-to-day responsibilities. Milo is a Junior at Bradley University in Peoria studying construction management. His dad, Scott Rinkenberger, has played a large part in Milo’s decision to pursue construction management. Milo’s draw to the construction industry is the incredibly fulfilling feeling being a part of building something from the ground up. In his eyes, studying construction management seems like the most comprehensive way to experience construction from all sides. This summer, Milo hopes to become a better leader and person he forms connections through his current and future endeavors at PJ Hoerr.

Milo enjoys running and spending time with friends and family when he's not at work or school. Glad to have you on our team, Milo!
