PAST PERFORMANCE - This 12,000 sq. ft. facility replaced Core and Main’s existing Washington, IL facility. The new building includes new offices, bathrooms, conference rooms, breakrooms and an indoor warehousing space. The project also includes 3 acres of gravel exterior storage space. Core and Main is a leading storm sewer, plumbing, site water and fire protection material supplier.
