This new research and development center for Excalibur Seasoning in Pekin, IL will allow the growing company to expand their operations. The 14,000 sq ft mutli-use space will be divided into sections to better the R&D initative, create a meat-packaging area and provide space to host classes, create social media content, and introducing customers to new concepts. This project is wrapping up shortly as the PJ Hoerr team completes interior finishes and top of the line technology installation.
