PAST PERFORMANCE - P.J. Hoerr recenlty completed two major renovations at Graham Hospital. The 1925/1959 building upgrades were a complete renovation of the two oldest buildings on the campus. The newly renovated buildings house a modernized USP800 compliant hospital pharmacy on the 1st floor, an updated extended care suite on the 2nd floor, and School of Nursing classrooms and meeting space on the 3rd floor. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were also updated with modern, energy efficient equipment. Exterior upgrades modernized the buildings’ façade and transformed the look of Graham Hospital. The buildings received an exterior insulation and finish system, also known as Dryvit, along with new windows and doors. These upgrades will not only change the look of the buildings, they will also increase their energy efficiency which means a greener footprint for Graham Hospital. Finally, the buildings underwent major life safety improvements such as new egress systems, spray applied fire proofing, and new fire suppression systems.
