The Komatsu Surface Hauling Headquarters & Customer Service Center is a three-story office building that accomodates for more than 300 Komatsu employees. This expansion to the Peoria campus marks the growth in for the operations in Peoria. The facility is complete with cupical style office seating, top of the line conference areas, designated electronics lab for technological discovery, and a full service coffee bar complete with local roasting company, CxT. This 75,000 sq ft building was completed in 18 months and took occupancy in November of 2025.
