New Construction in East Peoria IL
Project location: 300 Pinecrest Dr, East Peoria, IL 61611
P.J. Hoerr was brought in as the commercial general contractor for new construction project in East Peoria IL. This project for LS Building Products included a 60,000 sq ft new building (45,000 sq ft pre-engineered metal building warehouse, connected to a 15,000 SF steel framed, masonry and EIFS showroom/office) on a +50 acre greenfield site in East Peoria. It also included significant earthwork and storm water detention features, storm and sanitary sewers, concrete, asphalt and aggregate parking/paving. Work at the building included a CMU bathroom area which also serves as a storm shelter and a shipping/receiving dock area were constructed.
