Meadowview Behavioral Health Hospital is one of Peoria’s first adult mental health hospitals addressing critical need for accessible care in central Illinois. Established through a collaboration between US HealthVest and OSF Healthcare, Meadowview is designed to serve not only the Peoria region but also the surrounding rural communities. The facility will provide 120 inpatient beds for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse disorders, and other mental health challenges. With Meadowview, patients will not longer have to travel to Chicago or St. Louis for essential treatment, making comprehensive, high-quality behavioral healthcare available closer to home.
The Meadowview Behavioral Hospital was completed in 12 months, 1 month ahead of the anticiapted completion date.
