PAST PERFORMANCE - Construction is completed for this project that provides Monticello CUSD #25 Elementary and High School with 32,700 sq.ft. of classroom additions, a new entry, new gym and locker room addition of 29,200 sq. ft. as well as extensive remodeling of the rest of the existing buildings including new mechanical systems. This project was a joint venture between P.J. Hoerr, Inc. / Petry-Kuhne / BLDD Architects.
