PAST PERFORMANCE - This project involved a 17,000 sq ft. buildout of the Old Irving Elementary School Annex Classroom Building, built in 1958. The elevator and vestibule addition was just over 1,000 sq. ft. The building assumes a new role as the hub for the Behavioral Health Department, which is currently located in the Allied Building on the Saint Francis Medical Center Campus.

The Process
Build out of the 17,000 sq.ft. old Irving Elementary School Annex Classroom Building built in 1958. Work included; concrete patching of the floor, Summit Masonry doing masonry repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, site work and window installation.
