Commercial Renovation in Peoria IL 

Project location: 530 NE Glen Oak Ave, Peoria, IL 61637

P.J. Hoerr collaborated with OSF Children's Hospital, working as the general contractor on their commercial building renovation. This project was a build out of existing shell space into a new Gastrointestinal Lab on the 2nd Floor of the OSF St. Francis Milestone Building. This newly constructed GI Lab suite includes prep and recovery rooms, procedure rooms, a PACU room, waiting areas, offices, staff work areas, conference rooms, consult rooms, restrooms, and required support spaces.
