This new 48,000 square foot facility was created as a technology incubator, providing new and exciting opportunities for entrepreneurs wishing to create high technology based businesses. The Peoria Next Innovation Center contains numerous dry laboratories, wet laboratories and business facilities that are available to aid these emerging companies. In addition, the facility will aid these new businesses in acquiring financing and start-up capital. Caterpillar Tractor Company will occupy the third floor of the facility, using it as a major training center.
48,000 Sq Ft Technology Incubator Facility
A large collaboration of major Peoria area businesses and institutions joined together to develop and create the center. They include Bradley University, the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Caterpillar, Methodist Medical Center, OSF St Francis Medical Center, National City Bank, Illinois Central College, and the Heartland Partnership.
