Expansion & Renovation Project in East Peoria IL
Project location: 500 Fairlane Dr, East Peoria, IL 61611
P.J. Hoerr partnered wth the Uftring Automall in East Peoria, IL on their expansion & renovation of their existing facility. The expansion included a new 1,440 square foot service drive that is dedicated to Subaru vehicles only, an additional 1,000 square feet of showroom space, and dedicated restrooms for Subaru customers. This renovation really enhances the buying experience for the Subaru customers. This project is not only limited to Subaru, interior finish enhancements throughout the entire Ford showroom and service drive have been completed as well. Finally in addition to these interior improvements, a new Ford entry feature and replacement of the existing EFIS façade with a new Aluminum Composite Panel facade is now completed.
