New Construction Dealership in Galesburg IL
Project location: 2195 N Henderson St, Galesburg, IL 61401
P.J. Hoerr partnered with Yemm Chevy Buick GMC on a ground-up, new construction dealership and site expansion of the existing Yemm Auto Group lot. The project consisted of over an acre of site paving and an 11,161 sq. ft. building which is comprised of a showroom, faculty offices, lounges and a service drive. The new building will allow the Yemm Auto Group to separate the GM and Chrysler groups into two separate buildings while providing the necessary branding for each.
