Building Addition For Graham Medical Group in Canton IL

Project location: 180 S Main St, Canton, IL 61520

P.J. Hoerr worked with the Graham Medical Group to construct a 35,700 sq ft addition. The current clinic and this new out-patient building are connected at both the first and second floor, with elevators and entrances conveniently placed. The new covered entrance will be manned by personnel to assist patients coming into the facility and to assist with parking. Parking has also be expanded. The first floor of this new state-of-the-art out-patient facility houses a 14x20 foot warm-water therapy pool to be used by the out-patient physical therapy department, which is moving from its current in-hospital location. Additionally, the Cardiac Rehab facility, currently located at the Wellness Center on Walnut Street, is housed in the new building on the first floor. There is also a walking track for patients to use. The second floor of the new out-patient building contains out-patient physician clinics and an oncology unit which is offered through Illinois Cancer Care of Peoria.
