New Office Construction in Peoria IL

P.J. Hoerr worked with OSF Healthcare on a new office construction project. This new $5 million medical office building offers primary care provided by four patient care teams, with each consisting of a physician, nurse, advance-practice nurse and medical office assistant. The 13,125 sq. ft. building includes 24 patient exam rooms, a Prompt Care clinic, patient case management space, a conference room, X-ray, lab and waiting room.
