When an Owner embarks on any construction project, there are always many questions such as total cost, schedule, layout, aesthetics, materials and size. Pre-construction is the design and planning period in the life of a construction project. P.J. Hoerr would prefer to always be a part of this process. Just as an architect brings specific areas of expertise to the project so does a construction manager or design/ builder. A good pre-construction process greatly increases the chances that a construction project will be successful and meet the Owner’s needs and expectations.
