PAST PERFORMANCE - This 50,000 sq. ft. building is a four story addition to Buehler Home’s existing independent living building. The top two floors house 12 independent living apartments. The mixed use first floor includes multiple fitness/wellness spaces, a walking track, casual dining, and a full kitchen. The first floor of the facility includes a parking garage for residents and 2 IDPH licensed therapy pools with associated locker rooms.
