A guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract amount and project schedule were established early on in the pre-construction phase.

A dry-pipe fire sprinkler system provides coverage in the attic and in the conditioned living spaces below. Other systems include a complete medical gas system, an integrated nurse call / patient locator system, fire detection and alarm, closed circuit television, digital access control / security, emergency power generator, and wireless network access throughout the facility.

From the start of the project, P.J. Hoerr worked diligently with the owner and design team to meet the required budgets and develop realistic overall project schedules.

Additionally, P.J. Hoerr teamed with the owner in putting together a business strategy to insure involvement by minority contractors and individuals. This included a plan for small businesses to be mentored and a part of this complex project.
