P.J. Hoerr was brought in to assemble a design/build team to plan, design and construct the improvements. to the John C. Proctor Endowment Home. The projects included construction of two new and very popular cafes, total reconstruction of the front entrance and lobby and numerous updating and redecorating projects throughout the facility. Other renovations included remodeling of the skilled nursing dining room, the skilled nursing center, and the independent living apartments and hallways.
