Progress continues at this work site entering spring in central Illinois. After suffering fire damage that devastated the building, P.J. Hoerr was contracted to completed remove and rebuild Midwest Fiber Recycling's facility in Chillicothe as part of our Restoration Construction Services.
This video and photo update gives you a glimpse into the progress on the structure's steel & concrete frame, the newly installed roof, along with some exterior walls currently being erected.
